When I stepped into the loby & was pleased. The staff was everything you'd want them to be. The loby was spotless & well appointed. My room & bath were spotless as well & the bed very comfortable. The Mexican resturant next door, fabulous!
I was completely satissfied & will stay there the next time I work in Rochester! I think the 2.5 Star rating is incorrect. This hotel deserves a higher rating.
Pros: When I work out of town, I want to be comfortable. I want spit-spot clean. I want quiet. My room is important to me....furnishings, sheets & nice looking bathroom. This little hotel met all my needs at a price that was very paletable! Cons: The only thing that could have been better is if They paid Me to stay there!

It seemed to be new.
I had an early departure on a Sunday morning and therefore breakfast was not available. Advised to go to the local gas station.

Kind and friendly staff, good food.
No GM or full time engineer.
This is a fairly new property - recommend getting an experienced chief engineer.
