The staff, room and food was great!
We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, and my 11 year old child was so excited about that. When we got there, the pool heater was not working and was not fixed the entire weekend, which was very disappointing to her and all the kids there.

This hotel was very clean, new and updated. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was the heater in the pool was torn up the entire weekend, and there was never anyone there even attempting to fix it. My child was so disappointed.

I will first explain why I thought the rate level was wrong.It is because the level is set too low. This was at the very least 3.5 star hotel. I don't know of anything else you would need. The room was a very good size. Comfortable bedding. Large flat screen TV and cable. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer are all provided. Free breakfast until 10:00 am. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking in the front and side of building. Close to shopping, fast food and sit down family style restaurants. The price and location were excellent! Great, spacious rooms and conveniently located by Bass Pro Shop and directly off the Interstate.

My family and I (4 of us) had a great time at this beautiful hotel. It's only 15 minutes from Sevierville and its many attractions, but a much better deal than any of the hotels there. Strongly recommend this hotel. Great staff and very good free breakfast!

Fairly new, very clean. Room was quiet--some road noise, but not enough to hinder sleep. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillow styles. Easy off and on Interstate. Breakfast was quite good.

Very good staff, clean and well maintained.
Room provided was on the side toward the interstate and road noise was noticeable all night. Ask for an even numbered room to get a room on the side of the building away from the interstate.

The breakfast variety
Only had 1 elevator that was shared with the service people. Very slow!

Lovely hotel, friendly people, clean rooms, comfortable, attractive. However having only one elevator for both guests and service people was extremely slow with very long wait time.
