The staff was both helpful and friendly.
The restroom in my room was smelly as if it had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Very nice hotel in a remote location.

We waited quite a long time for the front desk staff - he was fixing a tv in someones room and the only one on duty - I was not the only guest waiting. I waited 25 minutes.

Nice Hotel. Rooms up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Breakfast nice & clean area.

Sort of new and clean. In a good location.
The bed pillows could have been of a better quality.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again if in Spartanburg.

The breakfast area offered both tables and a conversation seating which was very helpful for our group.

Stayed 2 nights.Traveling to meet with family.Hotel was clean, well-staffed with friendly people. Enjoyed convenient parking, fast elevators, great pool for kids, full breakfast, free wifi...everything I look for in a 3 star hotel. It was a quick drive to many different destinations we had in Spartanburg. Enjoy!

Very nice, clean, modern.
Had to take a smoking room. Smelled like a smoke stack. Horrible! Shower head had a leak.

Room smelled bad. Shower head had a leak and made a terrible mess I had to clean up. I reported it to the front desk and they did not seem to care and did not apologize.

The hotel was very clean and attractive.
Ask for a room on the 2nd floor or above. The first floor was noisy. Bring your own pillow.

The hotel was nice, clean, safe and conveniently located for accessing Spartanburg. The cinnamon buns were delicious! The downside was the location of our room on the first floor which was too noisy. I think it would have been better to have stayed on a higher floor.

The lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff were very nice, helpful, and professional.

Nice clean room, Comfortable beds, plenty of towels in bathroom. 1st floor rooms were away from elevator therefore hallway traffic noise was minimum. All of the staff were friendly and professional.
