The staff was great! and the location was awesome as well.
Nothing at all we had a great experience.

This hotel was awesome. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We were able to buy our park tickets there and they have a free shuttle that takes you and picks you up from the parks. The breakfast was great normally at other hotels the breakfast is horrible but this one was like a buffet. Over all I have been to many hotels and this one was the best of all. I love that our hotel room was super clean! Even the shower curtain (which is never clean in most hotel rooms) was spotless. I also enjoyed the convenience to Busch Gardens, and enjoyed using the shuttle instead of paying $15 to park at the theme park.
There are very few places to eat in the neighborhood of the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Busch Gardens. It was super convenient and it was a nice, clean hotel with free parking and shuttle service, free breakfast, and free wifi. The room and bathroom were nice and large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Most of all, it was very clean.

No, we only wished that we had used Holiday Inn Expressed on previous visits to Bush Gardens. We have seasonal passes and visit the park about 2 times a year.

I think I covered the pros of this hotel in my first comments - the hotel is very accommodating in location, service, cleanliness and excellent staff. The rooms are large, up-dated, and comfortable. I like the focus on saving water and energy with up-dated installation (i.e. toilets), and the rooms are quiet which is important to us.The location of the hotel is close to Bush Gardens entrance and is surrounded by a nice variety of eating places. ...read more
