Everything was great. I loved the idea of cookies and lemonade in the afternoon. Even though we didn't get any. We went at the wrong time.
Everything was great. Except the parking. They definitely need more spaces to park. It was rediculous when you woke up and saw all of the cars that were double parked.
If you are doing anything downtown. This is the place to stay.

Fresh cookies in the afternoon. Cleaning staff did a good job. Enough amenities for the price.
The key cards deactivated almost every time I left the hotel. Location was not as convenient.
Overall, the price is equal to what you get in terms of quality. It was nice to have the amenities of free breakfast, wifi, and a pool. However, there were some issues with the key cards such that you had to reactivate them every time you re-entered the hotel. It was a minor inconvenience. Also, the location was not ideal--it was edging towards a sketchy area of Houston.

Location was great.
We were needing to be near the Toyota Center which was within a block of the hotel. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Always enjoy the benefit of breakfast and free parking. We will definitely stay at this hotel when visiting the downtown Houston area.
