Holiday Inn Express Kelowna

If you feel like a stroll/jog/run, the Mission Creek Greenway is pretty close.

It was close to the center of the city. Although our room was not in the new tower, we were not disappointed as it had been updated. The breakfast staff were friendly and seemed to be able to stay on top of keeping it tidy. The pool was good, but the pool towels were tiny!

We stayed in the new tower. The room, hallway and elevator etc were fresh smelling and new and up to date. Free fast internet and the free breakfast was full menu, some places only offer cold cereal and watered down coffee. No serious complaints.

The hotel has a welcoming entry area and attractive lobby with winding stair case to second floor. Staff were knowledgeable,courteous and assisted us immediately. Our room was nicely appointed although slightly tight for space with the amount of furniture. We appreciated having the in room coffee pot, microwave and fridge which we used. The bathroom was
clean and functional. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and Kleenex were most appreciated and also used. The only negative we encountered was the noisy window box air conditioner. Because it was hot when we stayed at this hotel we needed to use the air conditioner and found when we turned it off to sleep at night our room was uncomfortably warm - causing a restless sleep. ...read more

Hotel staff are incredibly friendly. Continental breakfast (free) in the morning is very good (hot and cold items, fruit, yogurt). Rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel gives a 15% discount at 2 local restaurants (within 10 minute walking distance). Lots of parking (free). Nice touches like offering cold bottled water, coffee, cookies at check in (all free!).

We've stayed there many times and keep coming back. It's a good location, quiet, has a great included breakfast buffet. Very comfy beds and the toiletries smell like cinnamon buns!
