I liked the choices of hardness/softness of the pillows.
Upon my arrival, my bathroom had hairs on the floor and a dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain rod.

Nice large room, free internet worked well. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Hot breakfast. Good room amenities.
