bathroom it was awful no bath mat, second large towel. Should not have to call the desk for these

Everything is hidden. Like the coffe maker. the ice bucket. not out in the open like other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed. I didn't like being told I should have called the desk for bathroom supplies. Someone is not doing their job!
