Convenient to the Underground, good bed, good continental breakfast.
Only had 4 TV channels and WiFi in lobby only and street side was noisy.

Free breakfast was great and super convenient to the Tube.
No wifi :(

Clean, well-kept, pleasant staff. TVs in rooms were a bit old. Breakfast is always a plus, but their chef definitely didn't know how to make scrambled eggs. Oof!

Good area, convenient to underground.
Room was smaller than anticipated, but comfortable for our purpose.

Right on Jubilee and Metropolitan lines; easy access to London central; nice area to stay; complimentary breakfast is good; overall a good deal for the cost.

Overall, quality of the room, the hotel, and the staff.
No wireless access in the room; Internet expensive.

I've stayed here a couple of times and will be back. The price is always good, the hotel is well managed, the included breakfasts are adequate, the rooms are clean and quiet, the showers have plenty of water pressure and plenty of hot water, the beds are comfortable. Like I said, I'll be back.

Nice hotel near a good neighborhood with homey restaurants and close to regent park and the price is quite good, too.
