great location in terms of shopping. hotel is within the woodburn factory outlets(south) and Downtown(north)..both are about 20 mins either way. Hotel staff are helpful and the rooms are very clean.
pool water might need a little cleaning

we always frequent Portland when I get the chance to have a vacation for some tax free shopping. I have tried different hotels and so far I find this to be the best in terms of value and ease of location. I recommend it!

I arrived at the hotel around 5pm and the desk clerk that assisted was fantastic. I stayed two nights. I returned to the Holiday Inn Express Thursday night. The same desk clerk recognized me and even called to ensure everything was good with the room.

The location is nice for travelers. It has easy access to I5. The rooms are average size with comfortable beds. The room we steadiness smelled really bad and we kept the window open the entire time we were there.
The building is old and it has even remodeled with the new ownership of Holiday Inn. The ceilings are low and there are odors. The stairwell is narrow The lobby is nice.

This s not a bad plae to stay for 1 night with easy access to freeway.

Staff were friendly and location is nice.
Design is terrible. My room was tiny and a long narrow hallway inside the room. Could hear the garbage truck outside at 5am.

Nice, new hotel. Breakfast was ok not a lot of options. The room design was funky but it was clean. I would stay here again if needed.

GREAT KING SIZE BED EXCELLENT BREAKFAST QUIET GOOD HEAT/VENTILATION SYSTEM

MY WIFE LEFT HER PERSONAL PILLOW BEHIND (FORGOT IT) SHE CALLED THE NEXT DAY. THEY KNEW IMMEDIATELY ABOUT IT. ALL ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR IT'S RETURN IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES BY SPEAKING WITH ONLY ONE PERSON. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

the continental breakfast was amazing there was a large variety of foods and they were all good
we loved the entire experience

this hotel was amazing the staff was extremely polite and helpful the rooms were clean and surpassed my expectations in quality, the continental breakfast was terrific it had a wide range of foods all of which were delicious

Nice size rooms, friendly staff and average buffet breakfast.

We had driven 13 hours and booked the hotel while we were on the road. Wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with the over experience. Clean rooms, nice beds and a decent buffet breakfast included in the price.

The comfort of the bed - outstanding and
the air conditioner.

I was originally unsure of what to expect, but I was completely satisfied. It was a complete turn around from Motel 6, which is where I stayed the previous night. The room was very clean. The hotel staff went out of there way in making me feel welcome. I've got to come back to Lake Oswego in a month and I will be staying at this hotel.
