2nd flr rooms (non-smoking) across hall from smoking rooms :(

Have stayed here a few times. Nice staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. :)

It has a good room size and good service. They continental breakfast was good. Near the gas station, restaurants and convenience store across. Staff was awesome.
I found a bloodied panty under my bed. Told the management and they took note of it. Called priceline and told them also. I got a refund of my stay.

The staff was great, in room coffee was excellent. The room was above expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the coffee and cinnamon rolls. The service at the breakfast was also excellent.

Clean, comfortable room and the hot breakfast was very good.

Convenient to I-295. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast was great.

The hotel is located near a shopping center and close access to the highway.
The reception was poor and the hotel common areas and some rooms did not meet expectation.

I believe that this hotel need to make improvement with customer service. I have been in two and half stars hotels that were much more attractive or at least had better service. I think there entrance and rooms setup need some improvements. With the location and some improvements they can make the stay a much better experience for customers.

Carpets were sticky. They hadn't been cleaned in years. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was awful. Maid walked in my room while I was in the shower!!

This was a awful hotel. We spent most of our time next door at the other hotel. Both are owned by the same people but they sure don't care about the Holiday Inn Express. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Carpet was sticky and hadn't been cleaned in years. When you are walking through the room and your flip flop sticks to the carpet so bad that your foot comes out, it is bad.

For this hotel to be ranked 2 1/2 stars it didnt meet my expectations, there is a Holiday Inn Express about 30 miles from this one that is much much better.
