Great breakfast buffet and close to NWC.

We like Holiday Inn Express. I used their computer in the lobby, their Christmas decorations were very nice, it was cozy and staff friendly.

Convenient to the location I needed to be.

Staff at check in had a bit of a attitude.

Overall it was decent. The check in staff was dealing with a situation with his computer being down and was a little short with us. The rest of the staff was pleasant.

The lobby area is pleasant with a nice layout accomodating to the guest. It's great to have a fridge in the room.

The rooms were basically clean and neat but in need of small repairs such as wallpaper coming away from the wall below the window.

Hotel not ideal for families looking to spend a lot of time at the hotel as there is not any pool or recreational amenties suitable for kids nearby. The hotel is well suited for business and other travelers looking for an upgrade from the basics...a bed and breakfast in a decent atmosphere.

Hotel is fine for a one night stay, so long as your not going to be in the hotel for anything more than sleep.

This hotel checked us out by mistake. At 1 am, another guest opened our door. The desk called demanding to know who we were and when we checked in. Everyone acted like it was no big deal. There was no apology, no contacting us by the manager. Nothing. There were many other incidents with desk clerks with bad attitudes.
