Our pet beagle was attacked by another visitor's pet hawk. Made the hotel staff aware immediately and again the manager later in the day. No action was taken. Our dog was injuried and now is deathly afraid to hunt (as she has been trained for a year to do)because of the fear of anything flying over. This incident was witnessed up close by 2 of Holiday Inn's housekeeping staff. The owner of the hawk had no idea where it was or what had happened. He had no control over his animal. I called the Holiday Inn again 2 days later asking to speak to the General Manager, the rude manager (Mike) informed me he was the manager on staff and would take my name & number to have the GM call me back that day. It's now been 2 more days and still no return call from anyone from Holiday Inn. Time for a lawyer...!!! ...
