gREAT STAFF, GREAT LOCATION, SHOULD OF HAD A BACKUP BARTENDER BECAUSE THE ONE THAT THEY HAD CALLED IN SICK
NO RESTURANT, AND THE PARKING WAS IN A BUILDING NEXT DOOR AND YOU HAD TO WALK OUT IN THE RAIN TO GET TO THE PARKING DECK

ONLY THAT THE LOCATION IS GREAT, BUT THE ROOMS ARE JUST AVERAGE, NOTHING SPECIAL AND THAT THE PARKING GARAGE IS OUTSIDE IN ANOTHER AREA AND YOU HAVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN TO GET TO IT.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff
Hot tub was too hot, couldn't enjoy it because you couldn't stay in more than a couple minutes

The room was nice.
The noise from Bay Street is very noticeable. The shower didn't work at all. When I mentioned to Shavon the person on duty, she was very unapologetic. Just said they would look into it. Of course I was leaving that day. I find this unacceptable.

It's a great location for getting around. You can walk to everything.

Hotel location was great. One block from the river, and close enough to downtown that walking everywhere was feasible. Parking in the nearby city lot was only 15 dollars for the weekend - just left the car there.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Modern and clean rooms. The rooftop pool area is a huge plus!

yes, very friendly. We stayed 1 extra night.
Parking....Public parking garage is next door but to get a good deal you have to get a pass at the visitor center.

The hotel was in a prime location to be able to walk and experience the Historic Downtown Area.
I felt like the rooms were a little small.

The rooms were pretty basic, but it included a very nice hot breakfast with a large variety.

Great hotel for the money. Safe location. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Public areas are very clean and modern. Bar was a little expensive. Good breakfast if you're in a hurry.
