Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Sea World Area
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 20, 2013

The staff was friendly, the location wasn't all that bad and although some of the breakfast was less than desirable, much of it was delicious! The parking lot has some small spaces but we managed to park the car without a problem, and the pool was at the end of the parking garage, which was strange but it looked really nice! Overall a great experience for the one night we stayed! I probably wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time but our stay was wonderful! ...

The hotel is clean and up kept very nicely. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the matresses need to be updated. My room had 2 queen beds, one of them felt like it was wore out. The location is close to everything, but close to the homeless too.

Hot breakfast was really good. Matresses comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious. We rented the two Queen with sofa and it worked well for our family of four. Good location for Seaworld (1 mi away), with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Hotel was great and made my stay very comfortable with the kids. My husband and his friends stayed at the Heritage Inn around the corner and I refused to take my kids there. I am very glad I made the decision to pay more for Holiday Inn Express as I felt much safer there. But we would not walk outside hotel grounds due to the dark neighborhood and vagrants. Great location to Sea World as it was down the street. Also very close to markets and Target, banks, etc. ...
