Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Seattle City Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 30, 2013

I think the hotel is ok, but some of the staff are not great, and I would just walk or take taxis from there-dont use the hotel vehicle option.

This hotel is adequate. It's a short walk to many great local sights and activities so it suited us for our short trip to Seattle. Breakfast was good.

not a good hotel for families who keep leftovers or who would like to heat up food in a microwave. hotel cleaning crew kept trying to open our door at 830 am to clean, once without knocking....

It is attached to a regular Holiday Inn. There is a restaurant in the Holiday Inn and it claims to give specials. However, do not be fooled into ordering and expecting the discounts. They do not extend these specials to the Holiday Inn Express that is connected to it!

Breakfast buffet was of great variety, including pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, fruit, egg/meat on a rotating menu of choices. It is "keyed" to enter, so you must remember to bring your room card to enter! Good location for walking to the Seattle Center attractions including the Space Needle, etc.
