The staff was very friendly
We had neighbors close by that partied well into the night. Did not file a complaint at the front desk, but it was quite annoying. Our room was on first floor by the cleaning staff room and all so there was a lot of noise.
Great location. Kid friendly.

The motel staff were great. The room was better than great.
The holiday inn express southwest in Sioux Falls, SD is one of the best motels that I have ever stayed in. I have traveled to many different states and countries in my life, and there are very few motels that earn a high recommendation from me, and this is one.

I loved everything about this hotel only that the hot tub was not working which was disappointing. Breakfast was fantastic except scrabbeled eggs were a little watery.

The children's pool. Hotel staff was very accommodating. We were able to get a double room so that our 3 year old would have a bed to sleep in and a crib for our toddler. The crib was brought up right away as soon as we checked in.
The floor by the steps to the slide of the children's pool was very slippery. I saw child after child, including my own girl, slip and fall. Something should be put on the floor to help prevent these kinds of falls. My girl wasn't running or anything a
