Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Temecula
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

This is the perfect hotel for staying in Temecula. It is new and sparkling clean. The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable. I was able to access my email on the computer in the lobby. Nice folks who work there, too.

Price was good for value received. Stayed in other Holiday Inn's with similar experience. They seem to be doing something right.... I will be a repeat customer! I like the cinnamon rolls too....

Stayed for three days and had no problems until the last night when it was a noise complaint about unruly guests. Three cop cars showed up on a Thursday night, even. I went back to bed before I found out how many scumbags were arrested. I tell ya, people who drink and thrash the place should stay at home. The hotel took care of the problem as best they could, but because this was a priceline res, they would offer NO compensation for our trouble and sleepless night. But the place was clean, quiet otherwise, friendly and the decor was nice. It had all the amenities you would expect and need when operating remotely for work. Front desk, really needs training on how to allocate rooms to guests. The big folks, the loud kids, the boom-boom-boom - they need to be steered towards the bottom floor. Singles, couples, business travelers should be up top to stop the constant pounding! If you have empty rooms, space your guests out. How hard is this when you're at 33% occupancy? I mean come on! Use common sense, managers! ...

This was a really easy place for my wife and I to stay with our 4 month old daughter, good facilities nice big room and everything worked great. Good location for access to the vineyards and the old town, all in all an easy place to stay. Wish we didn't have to pay to check in early, that was the only thing that I found a bit strange, either you have rooms available and can check us in, or you don't and can't, charging for it is a bit much. ...
