Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Toronto North York
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 9, 2013

The rooms are a decent size with a small sitting area so that you can invite a couple of people over. Parking is right beside the front door. Good value.

Overall, for the price, a clean hotel, great location, would recommend it.

Hotel is located close to freeway access and is located next to police station which is a plus given the surrounding neighborhood. It does not have a gym if you want to keep in shape while traveling. The breakfast hours are from 6:30am to 9:30am so make sure you are awake by then. They put a hold on your credit in the amount that is way in excess of your bill so be aware. I am still keeping an eye out for when this hold will be taken off my credit card; it has been 2 days since my departure. ...

This hotel should not be open. It should be closed during renovating. Construction workers and their bins were using the elevators making them them slow. Manager didn't want to move us because only room available was a different class of room than what we had booked.

the taps in the shower/tub could not be adjusted, just had scolding hot water, that burnt my daughter. I called to complain and requested another room , this was not well received by the staff. I would not stay at another holiday inn because of this. not satisfied in any way whatsoever. I had to take a sponge bath via the bathroom sink tap and could not have a nice shower after spending the whole day at wonderland. felt very grimy due to lack of shower. Yuck! ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Hotel rooms were standard size and clean. Was just fine for a place to crash on the way up north.

We were told upon arrival that priceline requested we be put in a smoking room and that all non-smoking rooms were booked. My daughter cannot stand the smell of smoke and the hallway and our room reeked! She felt very sick all day. On the second day and after several requests we were finally moved to a non-smoking handicap room that smelled of urine.
