Softest towels I've ever experienced in a hotel.
Found large bugs running around floor and on bed in morning. Was not happy about that.

Friendly, helpful staff; nonsmoking areas/halls smell like smoke. Breakfast menu was great.

The hallways did not have the excellence in appearance and cleanliness that I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Needs a major remodeling job to keep up with other similar properties around the country. Staff was kind and helpful. I was a bit surprised when I was told I could not have another small complimentary water by one front desk person (I am a Priority Club member).

Good location to highway and friendly staff.
Not enough luggage carts.

Clean and fairly quiet. The rooms were redone about 2009. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than adequate and not bad at all. This is the 5th or 6th time we have stayed here. It's easy on and off to I-84.

I was told that I had gotten the last room available and that unfortunately it was a smoking room, the room reeked of stale smoke.

Seems rundown for a Holiday Inn Express. It was very outdated, depressing even.

Nice lobby great staff.
Bugs in the bathroom. Charging my card for room.

Heater malfuctioned, but staff quickly moved us.
