The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The pillows are very lumpy. The walls were too thin, however, we did not have noisy neighbors, so that really didn't bother us unless there were people in the hallway.

Staff made the property worthwhile..

All in all fair value for the money. Parking was ample, staff was great. Only down side is the HVAC in room was older (not automatic)and would run constantly. Not unusal for this type of AC unit (in wall).

Very thin walls! We heard the couple next door talking allnight &on the other side the baby crying. Motel 6 has thicker. It'd keep me from booking in future-need to sleep. The auto confirm email has wrong hotel # (to SF sales guy direct # crown plaza).

This is a great licationwith clean rooms. If you're a light sleeper, the walls are thin and you hear a lot! Very nice staff and plenty of free parking. There is a great breakfast in the morning included in the price.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast was terrific, and staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the furnishings are getting a bit "long in the tooth" and the hotel basics ~ carpet, beds/bedding, etc. could use upgrade; e.g.chair in my room was broken.

Yes! Everything met my expectations...
I wish it was more centrally located but it worked perfect...

Hey you guys for the price it was worth it! Excellent service specially at the front desk when I arrived. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, I wish they would extend the time to at least an hour more. But no complaint it was how I expected it. I wouldn't mind going back again! :-)

If you have a room that faces the freeway it was like a truck was running outside your room. Extremely noisy, need to replace the window with something different as it was very poor for keeping noise out.

Decent hotel, good breakfast, close to freeway (too close as it was noisy), good price. Stay on other side of hotel (away from freeway).

I do not like this hotel.
My car was towed. They were not friendly. Did not let me check-out early.

Never go there again. They argued with other guests as well. Not a friendly hotel. Extremely bad experience. The worst stay in my last 20 years. I do business travel often in past 20 years. This is absolutely a nightmare.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Complementary breakfast was amazing.
There wasn't anything we did not like.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for this star level. The interior is pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was nice and high with great water pressure. The complementary breakfast was awesome!
