Family Traveling with Young Children
It was a nice hotel, perfect for just having a place to sleep. No frills, staff was OK at best. The free breakfast and low rate was really the only two reasons we stayed at this hotel.

Decent breakfast, nice pool area and good location partially offset by room and hotel layout and slightly under standards for overall cleanliness vs. Hampton Inn's and Courtyard by Marriott's.

Dirty old beat-up rooms with squeaky floors. This should be a 1.5 star hotel nothing more. The employees were friendly, I certainly had no problems with the hotel staff. Even the lower entrance to the hotel was dirty and had garbage on the ground. I don't think you can blame this on the construction.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I would say that this is a great hotel to bring your little kids to. Great rooms for the price you pay. Waterpark/ pool indoors was great! Breakfast was yummy and fresh.

Overall had a great stay here. Clean rooms and very good breakfast (eggs, sausages, pancakes. Nice pool area with mid-sized water slide and other activities. Location was good, across from outlet mall and easy drive to other dells activities.
