Family Traveling with Young Children
Hotel was ok. Carpet in rooms need upgrading and the rooms need to be exterminated. We saw black crawly worm like things crawling. The free breakfast was not included because we were Priceline guests.....UNFAIR!

I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. The hotel was so clean and the staff were excellent. It's a good location and easy to get to the other attractions in the area.

Hotel was filled with families with young boys attending some type of icehockey event which we were unaware of beforehand. At check in the clerk said she was switching our room to be in a more quiet place and then explained why to us. As such the pool was filled with youngsters that evening, so we didn't get to use that. But we were appreciative of the information and the room switch for our comfort. ...

Dirty. Hair in they shower left from previous guests. Front desk staff, not helpful, not intelligent, couldn't find our reservation on check in. We waisted 3 hours of our day scrambling to find our hotel, come to find out. Holiday Inn spelled our name wrong when they checked us in. Then day two, we still couldn't get into our room, the front desk again said we didn't have reservations. ...
