The lobby atrium is very nice and has a waterfall. The rooms were very nice and had comfy beds.
The parking is limited and if no parking you have to park in the garage across the street or on the street.
This is a very nice hotel, with clean rooms, a friendly staff and nicely appointed. There is even a very nice little convenience store a block away if you need water or anything. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were nice. There was no mini fridge like the Priceline sheet suggested.
There was no complementary continental breakfast. There was no indication we would be charged for breakfast until after we sat down eating from the buffet, when a hotel attendant brought us a bill for $30- for two bland "buffets".
They charge for breakfast, go elsewhere! Even the attendant who brought us our breakfast bill (after we started eating nonetheless,) agreed we would have been better off going "anywhere else, even McDonald's", for a better tasting, way cheaper meal.

This hotel had an odor. It did not extend itself to the customer, as i would expect a hotel with this star rating would. There was no coffee or snacks.

Very old rooms where you can not adjust the room temperature. Also the waterfall is so loud, that it is hard to fall asllep, when you go ealier to bed.
This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. Max. 2 1/2.

Great customer service.
The heating and A/C system in the room makes noise.
Except for the heating and A/C system, my stay was excellent. The staff comped my breakfast to make up for the shortcoming in the heating and A/C system. Excellent customer service.

Parking with a moving truck was tricky had to park down the street and hall the bags ourselves back to the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally professional and accommodating.
The decor of the hotel is dated and overall a little worn out looking. Pool area was a disappointment.

Fantastic staff- Brandi night clerk helped us out beyond the call with a super amenities bag since we "had to spend the night" and had nothing with us!
No and the rooms were deceptively very nice after a so-so public area.
Well located if history buff in/near museum and historic downtown area.
