Needs new carpet.
Convenience to a lot of places like the mall, offices and other important cities and schools. A security officer keeps record of the taxi you are taking in case you need to contact them later.

Accessible to restaurants, shops & dept stores, transportations easily accessible, offering rewards.
They should have more restaurants in the hotel, esp. 24 hrs. food mart.
As always we had a good time in a comfortable , clean, hotel which does not cost you an arm and a leg.

Politeness and the willingness of the staff to help you on whatever you may need, cleanliness and most importantly the location of the hotel.
Because of the busy location, it may at times gets so noisy.
i highly recommend this hotel ,for the locations, cleanliness courtesy and politeness of the staff and and it is worth the price. We use this hotel every yr for the past 6 yrs when we go to Manila. We just get back 2/15 and will be there again this coming May/11.
