Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Gwinnett Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The only benefit this hotel had for me was the location
The staff is very rude and the room had bed bugs... The manager Tracey Johnson called me and stated its not bedbugs probably just carpet beetles as if Holidays Inns are known for having these insects. Very disgusting and pictures will soon be up...

This hotel looked pretty well up to date but the money spent renovating this space should have gone to an exterminator. The staff was very uncaring and almost seemed to think that it's common to have bedbugs, carpet beetles, and any other outdoor creature in a Holiday Inn. Manager Tracey Johnson should be fired immediately, she showed little concern for our worry about a possible bedbug outbreak being transferred from their room 402 to my personal home. ...read more

The breakfast staff member was absolutely wonderful, attentive, kind and welcoming. He made me want to return again.
90% great experience-except the pool.Having children, this was to be the highlight, however we found the pool to be so unpleasant on Sunday morning we did not want to get in.A quick skimming of the debris, slime and hair in/around pool would have helped.

I travel for a living and have to say that this hotel was a superb bargain. The room, service and food were all terrific. With a little more attention to the pool area, the stay would have been perfect. I would stay there again with my family if I knew the pool issue would be addressed.

staff was friendly
The internet connection was very slow and poor, I was unable to get any of my work completed on time. The shower head was dirty and had pink bacteria growing on it.

Nice room for the price with great public spaces including a full restaurant and bar
Looks as if they have problems with a lot of drywall cracking but nothing that effected my stay

Very nice and cheap place to stay not far from Atlanta and in a great area. Plenty to do around Gwinnett.

The friendly staff!!! The cleanliness and brightness of the hotel.

The hotel is right next door to the Gwinnett Arena (so if you are attending a concert there it is in the perfect location!) The hotel is clean and inviting from the outside and also in the entire lobby area. Our room had a king size bed and was non-smoking ... even though when we called to let them know that we would have a very late arrival...they told us that we had a room with 2 double beds and that was a smoking room...on priceline you aren't guaranteed a "type of room"....so we were very happy when the desk clerk asked us what kind of room we wanted. ...read more

My only complaint is that they didn't have free coffee available in the lobby for guest. Most 4 star hotels offer coffee
