Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Gwinnett Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 16, 2013

This hotel looked pretty well up to date but the money spent renovating this space should have gone to an exterminator. The staff was very uncaring and almost seemed to think that it's common to have bedbugs, carpet beetles, and any other outdoor creature in a Holiday Inn. Family Traveling with Young Children
I travel for a living and have to say that this hotel was a superb bargain. The room, service and food were all terrific. With a little more attention to the pool area, the stay would have been perfect. I would stay there again with my family if I knew the pool issue would be addressed.

Very nice and cheap place to stay not far from Atlanta and in a great area. Plenty to do around Gwinnett.

The hotel is right next door to the Gwinnett Arena (so if you are attending a concert there it is in the perfect location!) The hotel is clean and inviting from the outside and also in the entire lobby area. Our room had a king size bed and was non-smoking ... even though when we called to let them know that we would have a very late arrival...they told us that we had a room with 2 double beds and that was a smoking room...on priceline you aren't guaranteed a "type of room"....so we were very happy when the desk clerk asked us what kind of room we wanted. ...
