Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Hopkinsville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean
I was promised a room with two beds and ended up with one double bed for 2 adults 1 child. No rollaways were available.

The evening desk clerk had a horrible attitude and was very rude to the guests. The morning clerk was friendly and promised to fix my room situation (was promised two double beds and only got one), but I left for the day and the crabby clerk came back and was no help at all

The people at the desk were more then helpful. We asked for a roll-away bed and they were right on it. You have excellent people working at your Hopkinville Hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, the restaurant was pleasant & most of the employees were nice.
The front desk person was very short tempered with other employees in front of customers. Not a great thing to witness.

The room was nice except it needed a microwave & a full curtain to block out the sun. The price was high for the area in a small town.

I liked the location of this hotel the best.
Housekeeping was rather loud.

The front rooms are very noisy with traffic if you are trying to be quiet during the day. The end of the hall where my room was was very noisy at early hours because the housekeeping office was right there. I guess they didn't realize there was a guest staying in the next room. Needless to say I didn't sleep much because of that.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff was great.
Everything was great - nothing wrong.

The desk clerk was very friendly, the bar tender was just as good, as was the waiter and the cook. They took the time to ask how my stay was going and if they do anything better!

The staff was friendly enough and access was ok.
There was mold behind loose wallpaper and the bed was too small. The room smelled musty.

My issues with this hotel were that when I set this up to begin with the only the available was a king room smoking and whatever a superior room is. Our room was not superior. We had to pay extra for a fridge and microwave.

Every thing is convenient.
I could not get my internet to work and the desk clerks could not help.

Excellent.

The staff was very helpful.
The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.

A large group of my family stayed there since we were all in town for the death of an uncle. The staff was friendly. We had reserved a banquet type room for a luncheon after the memorial service and they were very helpful setting that up.
