Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Hotel French Quarter-Chateau Lemoyne
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. I stayed at the Holiday Inn New Orleans - Chateau Lemoyne over President's Day weekend. The rooms were clean and the staff were very welcoming. The location was awesome being in the French Quarter. It was just a block from Bourbon Street and two blocks to Canal Street. I did a lot of walking, but everything was so easy to get to. When leaving, the hotel staff held my bag for me so I didn't have to lug it around the town before my flight. And they were quick to get me a cab and get me to the airport on time. The only negative thing I would say about the hotel is that the walls were super thin. I could hear everyone's conversations and shenanigans through the wall. So it's not quiet if you are looking for that. All-in-all, I would stay here again. ...

I understand that the rooms facing the courtyard are quieter. We were fortunate to get one of those. We called to request a non-smoking, queen bedded room. It wasn't clear that this was on our record but we did get that room upon request at check-in. Staff was pleasant. Room was kept very clean. Security was good. A fine experience overall. (Breakfast in dining room was Ok but not outstanding for the cost). ...
