Very pretty lobby. Nice rooms.
Dirty dishes outside of 2 guest rooms upon arrival stayed there throughout our stay for 24 hours. Several staff members walked by them including the maids who cleaned the rooms but did not touch the dishes. Pillows are small. The size of throw pillows.

Pot smoke was strong from the guest next door. Especially in the bathroom. The room was nice. Thermostat worked really well. Can be tricky getting to the hotel. More like a 3 star hotel than 3 1/2. ...

Food was awful and service was a challenge. Would not reco that people eat food there. Food for both of us came out cold and gross. When it came back you could tell thy microwaved it to heat it up. Did not offer to being something else. We left hungry
Poor experience. Poor location. Awful food. Terrible pillows that are tiny and old.

The insuracne does not cover you to backo out if you are not happy with the room you choose.That should be explained more before a person makes their purchase.
