The room was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable.
My husband and I were traveling with 2 children and they only had a king bed with cot available. Poor service at restaurant.
My husband and I arrived at the hotel with 2 children ages 9 and 12 and they only had a king bed available. I'm aware that when you bid you are only guaranteed accommodations for 2 people but we've never run into this problem. They did give us a cot to put in the room.
