Beautiful lobby area.

Pool was great, pool bottom and room are kind of run down.

Hotel was great. Every expectation was met. Overall, great experience. Woman at the front desk was very helpful and very polite.

Sink slow draining, faucet dripped, air conditioning didn't work very well.

Free internet for the traveler a plus. Quick access to interstate. Friendly service. Odler facility with some aging pains.

Nice hotel for Des Moines. Not too fancy, but very solid and well positioned for business. Bennigan's was nice restaurant to have for breakfast.

Restaurant attached. Friendly staff.

Mold around pool. Very dirty vents in room. Leaking faucet.

I was surprised it was rated 3 stars, same as Residence Inn. First time I have stayed at Holiday Inn and it was was below the Marriott hotels that are 3 stars. Disappointing.
