Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Santa Maria
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

I would only stay if I had an event right there.

I had no significant problems with the hotel, my problem was with Priceline, I paid over xxx more than the regular room rate.

This is the worst Priceline booking we have ever made! I would like a refund on the breakfast we did not get.

It did say a free breakfast, which always saves us time, but the deal is that we had to purchase a $10.00 voucher with a value of $20.00 to get the "free" food. Don't think this was stated before we bought our reservation. Very disappointing.

the room was comfortable and included a kitchenette. It was close to the freeway and access was easy. The area around the hotel is not the best. While on the hotel site, it was safe.

The staff is very accommodating when I request for a room away from the freeway. Also we were provided a room that's clean and welcoming. The overall experience exceed our expectation. Patio is something we never expect to be featured on this hotel. The room was clean, the kitchen was clean and most importantly, the bathroom was clean. Only draw back is the sliding door to the patio did not shield away the freeway noise. They have a $10 coupon good for $20 worth of breakfast (breakfast only, not applicable for lunch or dinner). For a total of $15 dollar, the breakfast fed 2 adults and 1 children. Will stay there again if we visit Santa Maria again. ...
