My elderly parents were on a trip and I booked this for them as a stopover. It is newly remodeled, very nice and the staff was wonderful to them, including giving my mother a lesson in using her iphone! The free breakfast was an order-off-the-menu.
A little difficult to find, but a very good experience over all.

Clean, pretty and the staff was great to my elderly parents, for whom I had booked the room. The free breakfast is actually ordered from the menu, so that was a great surprise. This was a stopover on a long trip for them and a nice, restful surprise. The staff even helped my mother figure out how to use her new iphone.

Helpful staff and free hot breakfast.
Room was so so, shower curtain garbage, and pizza box left in fridge from last guest.

Worth the money if you can get it for
XXX or less. Definitely nicer hotels in the Slidell area.

I liked the room, the staff, and the location of the hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the room was dusty. I think they could have done a better job with dusting the room.

I liked the fact that there was a resturant and bar located in the hotel. I also liked the fact that there was a indoor pool. I liked the location of the hotel; it was close to shopping and places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms in the hotel were nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good and off the menu.
The wait for breakfast was a tad long, but hard to complain because it was free. The elevators looked a beat up.

If you are visiting New Orleans with a car and want to stay in a nice room on a budget this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The drive was about 20-30 minutes which is not too bad.

Up-to-date furnishings, very clean, much more than I expected. Although the pool was very small, it met my needs. And, the rooms were beautiful.

We had a room with two bed and they were queens, not doubles. The two free water bottles per room was nice.
The bathroom was a little cramped.

We had a pleasant night here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was great (not a buffet, you order off the menu). This was a one night stay, but I will stay here again next time.
