The location is perfect for moving around Ft Lauderdale and Sunrise. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was most courteous. I would definitely stay here in the future.

The hotel was close to where I was working and the rooms were very clean.
The elevator seemed to have a mind of its own. I had to hold the handle on the toilet so it would flush. the shower curtain got the floor wet. They charged me for coffee that my coworker got for free.

Food is very good, Kelly in the bar area is great, very friendly. This hotel has free parking and internet.
When booking through priceline or third party(as I was told), not real acommodating in special requests: I had ask for a refrigerator in my room and it was a upcharge of $10.00 or upgrade to a suite for

Space in the room, cleaned and stylish and some what quiet
I had to have an extra $50 on my card which I had no plans on charging anything to the room for one night. I was using a prepaid card, and I had to leave in the rain to add it on or I was going to lose my money for the room.
Find out about the extra room fees before you go to the hotel, because they do not take cash.

good location, very large hotel, everything worked in the business center, nice lobby and bar area, very deep large bathtub for soaking. nice spotless pool, good security and lighting in the parking lot
air conditioner room 519 ! fan ran constantly, last night there I woke up at 2:00 AM and the room temp. was 89 degrees and I had it set at 72 degrees air conditioning. I was switched to room 561 but by that time my sleep was totally disrupted.
overall a pleasant stay except for the air conditioner malfunction at 2:0AM

There was a party until 4am in my neighbour room and the staff didn´t notice. I tried to call front desk but the phone did not work.

The restaurant was more deluxe than expected. The staff was very good, but as mentioned below they did not seem to have the authority to grant my request which I found very frustrating.
Priceline mentioned a complementary breakfast for 2 would be included. Front desk personnel said that it was not a part of my package. After discussing it at length they did not budge.
Hotel was in upper moderate range. Restaurant with bar was a plus. Pool was very small - not a great choice for kids, but a nice option to cool off. Parking lot had signs reminding people to lock cars. Apartment complex behind the hotel might have caused some of those issues. Location was close to Walmart and restaurants. Around 4 miles from Broward Mall.

HUGE Hotel... ask for a room close to the elevators...
HUGE Hotel... be prepared for a 5 minute walk to your room... Strange floor layouts as well...
