Very comfortable bed. Many pillows with choice of firmness. Comfy chair w/ottoman and a nice TV that swiveled and had a good picture. Super nice bath. No noisy exhaust fan to deal with & there was a wonderful tub shower. I was great having fast WiFi.
I wish I could have been able to watch USA channel, but it was not offered. No biggie.

This is a very nice hotel and warrants the *** rating. Very courteous staff professionally dressed. Little tricky finding it the first time, but once you know your way it's fine. I will stay again.

The room was above my expectations, nice to see a clean hotel for a change.
Hotel took a $50 security deposit out of my account and did not refund me for five days, I have never had a hotel not refund me later than the next day after checkout. Staff did not let me know how to use the free wi-fi, not user friendly.

The hotel itself was a nice layout, pleasant rooms with a nice bathroom. Heavy doors for that extra safe feeling. I did hear my upstairs neighbor walking about all throughout the night, but that's a norm. Reception was friendly, cleaning staff and restaurant were not (condescending attitude.) Convenient freeway access.

I checked in and spent about an hour and left for a birthday party. Came back and slept, up and left. Did not see much of the Hotel. I liked the Hotel and the staff I interacted with. Clean room.

Conveniently located near freeways, restaurants, & the staff is friendly! I'm a weekly guest, staying every Thursday night & Eric at the front desk, remembers where my preferred room location is & books me there each time. I love the design as
Add more tv channels please!

Hotel is clean, nicely remodeled, & staff is helpful. They have started to provide a robe, not sure how long they've been doing this but it's a welcoming touch. The cookies are ok when you check in...would be a plus if they were regular sized & semi- fresh baked.

close to downtown L.A. and San Diego. Great mall less than 5 min away at Irvine Spectrum Shopping center!!! Awesome hotel!!!

We loved everything

It is right off the freeway. It is in a safe area. It has been remodeled and looks nice and clean. It was a great place to stay. The front desk told me to park in the basement Near the elevator for easy unloading of my car as well. It was great.

Lobby was clean and staff we decent. Room was nice.
Breakfast was horrible!! When a "Three Star" hotel charges for breakfast, it better well be warm. This was an unattended, mediocre, well below standard, COLD buffet style breakfast that I had to pay for and it had only been open for 45 minutes. Crap!
