The staff was very friendly, from the evening checkin lady to the guys that were super happy in the morning.
There was hair in the shower but the room, itself, looked very clean.ng?
It was very hard to find this location in the GPS but once I called, we were able to find it easily.

Pool was not heated and the hot tub was out of order. This was a bummer!

I had a wonderful experience. Antonio was most helpful with his warm welcome and great customer service. The room was clean and very modern and trendy. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Great stay!

People were great. location was convenient.
Would have preferred a room on the other side as you hear highway noise at all hours of the night. Also A/C was very noisey.

The driveway to get to the hotel is a bit weird to find
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a great place and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in the hotel lobby for an hour one day and watched the desk guy named Antonio be TOTALLY upbeat and positive with everyone that walked by him. What a great way to have guests come and go from your hotel.

Rooms were nice
I was told by staff at check in, that I was a third party guest and couldn't ask about rooms.
Don't ask for anything at desk, at holiday inn they will tell you you are a third party booking and you don't have any say during stay.

The hotel had nice rooms that seemed clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I'm guessing the walls weren't thin b/c I never heard my neighbor.
The a/c unit on the wall vibrated terribly at times. It woke me in the middle of the night. Told the front desk but never was fixed before I left.

The bartender at night was a great gal. Very nice and efficient.In general, all staff was very friendly.
The driveway to get into the place. Our AC unit leaked water and they sent someone up to fix right away.
Awesome hotel....great location to highway and will stay there agin.
