Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 23, 2013

Location was great! Attractions within walking are V&A Museum, Natural History Museum, Harrods, etc. Great grocery shop to pick up bottled water, sandwiches, deli food, etc. next door. BK, Starbucks near by with free wi-fi. The room was clean, staff, nice, and good gym.

The location is amazing. It's super close to Gloucester tube station, which has three lines (Piccadilly, Circle, and District) that can get you to all of the big things in London very quickly and easily. The Piccadilly line also goes to and from the airport, so getting there and back is very simple. It's also very close to a grocery store (Waitrose, which has very cheap, delicious pastries if you want to save money on breakfast) and very close to a Starbucks/Burger King/KFC (which all have free wifi). The staff (with the exception of one person that I only had to deal with once, thankfully) were all very helpful. There was actually an incident with the plumbing on the floor our room was on, and every body on the floor had to be moved to new rooms. The staff handled it well, and we quickly had our new room. Our new room ended up on the 15th floor, and the view was amazing! You could see the London Eye and Big Ben. If you can get a higher room, I would! The room service was also pretty good. It's very affordable, easy, and a great alternative to eating out after a long day of exploring the city. ...

This was a great hotel. The rooms were a decent size, especially for London. The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we could check in as early as possible as we had been on an overnight flight with a small child. This hotel was extremely busy while we were there. Lots of tour groups checking in. We ordered room service twice, and our food was very good both times. The location is fantastic. It's right next to a tube station and shopping center with a grocery store and pharmacy. Also very close to several places with free WiFi. Tons of restaurants around as well. You can very quickly get to the tourist places. Would definitely recommend this hotel. ...

I found the staff very helpful and efficient and I would especially like to mention the concierge staff who were as good as any I have encountered anywhere in the world.
