Somewhat disappointed - expected Holiday Inn to be much more efficient than this. My experience with Priceline on the other had was great! You guys in no way are to blame for the Hotel mishap.

Couple
If you have a loved one living at Fort Hood, this hotel is very close to the base. We found it very convenient and clean. Hotel staff very accomodating. Outdoor "cabanas" pool side were a nice surprise and were a nice alternative to staying cooped up in the room while visiting family. Comfortable seating, ceiling fan and TV (which we didn't use) were in the 3 private cabanas. We will definately return. ...

Couple
The hotel was fine. The location was fine. They just messed up our reservation and sent us several miles down the road to another hotel. Then we had to come back, because we weren't booked their either. Then they realized that they gave our reservation to someone else. We did get a room there, though.
