The hotel was conveniently located in central Laredo. The hotel does have both a bar and restaurant. The service at the desk was quick and efficient. The room was clean. The bedding was comfortable. The exercise room was adequate, but the weight machine was damaged.

We did not use the pool, the water was way to cold. We did use the spa. It was a little to hot, but it sure felt good and we enjoyed it. Neither the pool or the spa had been cleaned for a while. The were both full of leaves and even the bottom was covered with leaves. We have stayed at the red roof, super 8, and other hotels and this was the best of all of them. One draw back is there was not a small refrigerator in the rooms. But that will not stop us from using it again.

Hotel is an older Holiday 14 story building that is in a area that is changing from good to bad. Had to drive two blocks to get to a nicer surrounding. Parking garage was poorly lighted and had to go to two different elevators to get to room.

I was not pleased with the service I received.
This was Friday afternoon. I was told to go to the library to use the Internet,
thanks! Another thing to know, if you book rooms online, you DO NOT get the free breakfast (at least not here). And to top things off, if you need more shampoo/conditioner, you can have 2 more for free the 3rd item will cost you $$$. Needless to say we booked two nights but only stayed one. ...

Holiday Inn may be a popular hotel name brand but this particular hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. At best it had a 2 star quality rating. The hotel is old and needs renovation to include its public parking. The best thing this hotel had to offer was the bar and nightlife.
