Very helpful staff at both check in and check out. Good public lobby for the star quality of the hotel.
Not exactly central in Lisbon, but still easy to get around.

A good hotel given the price and overall category. Definitely got the job done, and a nice clean and modern lobby. Hotel was on the outskirts of downtown Lisbon, but had easy access to taxi's to get around town. A great overall deal and very accommodating for the price.

clean.
Not well insulated from hall noises and guest room doors slammed shut loudly.

This is your regular hotel. I spent most of the day outside on touristic trips, but it seemed a quiet and safe area, as we returned late at night and never had any problems.

Good location.
The staffs are not very kind as 4 stars hotel's one.

Overall good price and nice room. Not easy to find it because it's hidden behind a big building, even though we saw big sign continental, when we approached, we couldn't find easily Holiday Inn.

staff were very helpful.

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and most new enough English to get by. The Internet was a little problem until I discovered you have to clean out your Cache and History regularly. Then it was fine.

The hotel rooms and accommodations were very nice and a great price performer, but the location for a traveler was difficult to find and especially at night.

It was very close to metro access. I also liked the tea/coffee in the room.
Some of the staff weren't as friendly as others.

I think it is a good deal for the money, but it is good only for a couple of night. I stayed at the other holidays inn in Lisbon and this one was better.

The staff was great. My purse was stolen before check-in, and they bent over backwards to help me.
Restaurant was overpriced and the food was mediocre. The service was marginal.

Friendly desk staff. Nice facility. Convenient location.
