This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. I usually don't stay us such a nice place because its too expensive. Everything about it was great. Clean, friendly helpful staff. Fun things going on at the pool for the kids.
Not a thing bad!

This hotel is located in a great part of town. The mall nearby was real nice ant the area was clean and quiet. Beds and pillows better than my own.

The only little detail is that the coffee machine had leafs inside.

Excellent facilities, very clean and well kept. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff.
The location is not very attractive; not recommended to walk around the neighborhood; have to take taxi to go anywhere.

It is well located.
No AC in hallways.

Price of this hotel does not meet the outcome or what you get; it is definitely a 3 star hotel but could do better.

The staff was the best thing about this hotel.
There are no real activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

It is clear that this hotel is for Business Travelers they have several banquet halls that hosted many events, it also has a small casino but nothing really to keep you in the hotel itself. Its basically for sleep and nothing else. I was unable to try out the free high speed internet but they do have a small office with a few PCs but the price for the rental was not worth it.

Very clean and safe. Very polite and professional employees.
Water pressure was a little bit weak in the shower.

If your going to be staying in Managua and you need an affordable but nice hotel, this is perfect. It was very clean and safe. The staff was very professional. If your considering the Best Western Lass Mercedes, we stayed there as well and it was a nightmare. Horrible service, dirty facilities, etc.
