The staff was amazing and courteous, the location was relatively convenient, and the common areas looked very nice.
The room finish and condition were lacking. The thermostat was installed at a nearly 15 degree angle off of level/plumb, there was an enormous crakc/break in the bathroom sink vanity, and the shower hot/cold controlls were plumbed in reverse.

Friendly employees, shuttle service, great location. Cons: no fridge in the rooms, breakfast might not be included.

Staff was excellent, very nice and courteous. Enjoyed the stay!!
No dislikes.
We were there for only one night, left very early the next morning before breakfast. Really did not have a chance to take advantage of anything other than the room to sleep. If in the area will stay there again.

The morning shuttle driver was super friendly and prompt.
The evening shuttle driver did not provide timely pick-up from the convention center. When we called the hotel, they were very rude and insisted that the driver was making the rounds and we were the ones at fault.

I was unsatisfied with my stay.
A/c was broke. Needed a deposit for "incidentals" when I got there after prepaying for room. Staff was very inattentive and almost rude. Room did not seem to be as clean as I would expect for the price I paid.
Pros- it's just a couple blocks from the light rail. Cons- paying standard hotel price for what feels like staying in a motel.

It was a great location for us.
We did not like that we had to pay for breakfast most have continatel breakfast where we have stayed. The rooms were not very insulated could hear doors being slammed.
