Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Miami International Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 18, 2013

The hotel is close to the airport. Its shuttle service runs every 30 minutes. Very convenient for travelers who need an easy access to the airport. The room we stayed in was spacious but its deco looked tired. We heard some construction noise. It seemed that renovation was being done in some part of the hotel. We tried to find an in-room service menu, but could not find one. Our overall experience was a positive one. ...

if you get a good price, stay here. we had a GPS so it wasn't far to whatever we wanted. there was no free breakfast which would have been nice since many hotels are getting into this.

This hotel is closer to being a crack house than a 3 star! I should be refunded my money for that stay. Also I think my credit card was compromised at this hotel. Truly a lousy hotel!

The shower nozzle was pulled loose from the wall, the furniture looked like it came from a yard sale, the carpet had stains, the room was extremely dark and the lamps did not illuminate it. The hotel is hard to get to due to the road configuration and there are no restaurants near by at all. ...

nothing special, just typical holiday inn hotel. free wifi and free parking. Free Shuttle to MIA every 30 mins if you dont drive, 20 mins drive to South Beach. bad location. In the middle of highway/big street. If you dont drive, you can not walk to buy something in convenience store.
