Very friendly staff, it is 20 min drive to the Woodbury Outlet mall (the purpose of our trip). There are also family restaurants nearby (Chili's, TGIF, etc)

I've stayed at this hotel many times as it is the one i get the best deal thru priceline. It smells of smoke and I'm surprised it is 3 star and there is a Hampton Inn down the street that is 2.5 stars. I would rather stay at the Hampton Inn.

The staff was very helpful when I didn't realize I booked a double bed room instead of a single bed. They changed it with no issues! The bar was a great feature as well as the indoor pool. The only complaint that the water pressure was insane. It was so hard that my fiancé could not stand under it and had to take a bath. I bared it for a quick two min shower. Additionally, watch the hot water because it gets extremely hot! Like burning hot. If they fix that I would definitely stay there again. Not sure if it had anything to do with our room being in the low 100's, maybe it's a first floor thing. ...

Close to shopping. Close by interstate. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Indoor pool. Bar/Restaurant on site. Nice breakfast to start the day! Plenty of parking and some for larger vehicles, trailers,trucks etc.

Staff was not friendly. TV was not working on the first night. Our door was not closed properly when we returned to our room the next day and anyone could just walk in. With such an important mistake, we did not even receive a proper apology.

Hotel rooms were updated, comfortable, and well-appointed with a mini-fridge and microwave and in-room safe. Bathroom was updated. Restaurant was small, not what we were expecting, but the food came quickly, was good, and the staff were pleasant.
