Very convenient to anything you may need. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great location.
There's an extensive detour on Route 376 east at Squirrel Hill Tunnel coming back to the hotel from Pittsburgh that took us almost 4 hours to get back to our hotel from our day trip to Pittsburgh. It only took us 25 minutes to get there in the morning!

Clean and updated rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice central location. Overall a good value for the price.

We were expecting high standards from the Holiday Inn chain and we were not disappointed. The room was very clean. It was recently updated. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. The fixtures in the room and the bathroom were new. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly -- not one of those plastic smiles you quite often see. We felt like they wanted us to come back.

The mattresses need replaced, otherwise room was adequate. Satellite TV system suffered much in windy weather. Really should be a lower 3 star hotel.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. I feel it was a 2 star at best and maybe even below that.
The entire 1st floor of rooms are smoking. We were given an option of choosing a non-smoking room.

I feel the star level of this hotel was not correct. I will never priceline a hotel in Monroeville, PA again for fear of getting this hotel.

Staff was wonderful! They made the stay better!

Staff was helpful at check in, finding food, & taxi. Morning that we were to checkout there was no hot water. We had two rooms. Ashley was at front desk & gave us room down the hall to shower. Very helpful staff. Location to convention center great. Clean rooms.

Restaurant was poor and pricey. Layout was add in general.

We are use to staying at 4 stars but there was none this weekend. It really didn't meet my expectations but I am probably spoiled. It was recently renovated so the rooms were good and clean. Very small bathroom and the hotel has an odd layout. Staff were ok but not overly friendly like in the 4 stars we have stayed at.
