Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham New Orleans - French Quarter

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location within walking distance of many local attractions.
The usual expensive parking charges typical of many eastern cities.

This Hotel is in center of NOLA nightlife and walking distance of many local eateries. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. The 3 small elevators sometimes are backed up so access to room was delayed if you arrived at peak times.

Good location, friendly staff, small lobby, elevators slow with crowds, room small but clean.
Garage parking fee was $30 per day

A good value and location.

I liked how close it was to Bourbon Street.
The rooms and bathroom were somewhat small, but still okay for the price and expectations.

We stayed at this hotel for a girl's weekend. We loved the proximity to Bourbon Street and were overall, very pleased with the stay. Polite staff and quick & easy check-in & check-out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved the location and the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.
We had to switch elevators at the 18th floor, but really not that much of a hassle.

Awesome location, awesome people, and great room for three stars. I will be staying here again if I ever get the chance to come back to New Orleans.

I was charged more than the price the Priceline quote me. :(

Do not fall for deals on Priceline...you'll be charged more than what they advertise.

The location was unbeatable.
Initially, our sheets weren't clean but the staff was very quick and attentive and fixed it right away.

The location was wonderful
The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to be in the french quarter. However, during our stay of one night, the curtain sheers came off the track, a chair broke, the hair dryer fell off the wall and the towel holder fell off the wall.

This hotel has just been purchased and is in need of renovations badly. There are only three elevators and you have to scan your room card if you want the elevator to open on your floor. If you don't know that, you will ride up and down all day without the doors opening. Because some people don't know that, the elevators tend to be slow and crowded. The staff was nice though. overall if you want a less expensive French Quarter hotel and only want to crash in the bed at night, it will work. Just don't expect luxury. ...read more

The room had a nice view from the window.
They say breakfast included, then give 20$ coupon but the food is really expensive that we end up spending 30 extra dollars. Whats up with that.

well guys it was mardi gras... very busy .. frankly, i dint expect much from this hotel... booked it only because it is 2 blocks from the bourbon st.
