Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn New Orleans Westbank Tower
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 18, 2013

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. It wasn't too far from any of the attractions. I would definitely stay here again come my next visit!

I came to new Orleans to enjoy Mardi grad and thought I found a hotel that was cheaper than the others.....my hotel was nowhere near the French quarters....I had to take a $15 taxi to the ferry each day to get to the French quarters....the hotel was in the middle of the ghetto with only a ihop to eat from....our first day there we witnessed a undercover sting go down.....cops blocking every entrance and exit to get there.....no restaurants delivered there so if you wanted a late night snack you were stuck till 6 am because room service is not 24 hrs.....overall, this hotel was a night mare that I don't wish on anybody wanting to enjoy LA should visit.....I will always come back to NOLA, but I will never stay at this hotel.
