The cleanliness and their patience from my nagging questions.
No it was one of the best stays ever!

The hotel was amazing! The bathroom was immaculate, and food service was amazing. The room was cleaned thoroughly. The next time I book a hotel, it will be this one. Even customer service was awesome. They were really patient with my requests, and I love how they took care of them with precision and promptness. This place rocks!

This hotel exceeded my expectations by a factor of 10! It was outstanding. The desk clerk took my mulitple calls and helped me to find it, he was gracious and accomadating. The room was very modern, comfortable, clean and a fantastic value!
There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

The signs are hard to see due to various reasons, know where you are going and things should be fine. I walked to the hotel from Grand Central, not bad at all. I thouroghly enjoyed my stay!

The filter for the air was really dirty

Great hotel and location as well as the friendly staff. Clean the air filter in room 1404 but other than that I loved the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful and the location was magnificent.
Our view was the top of another building with no view of the city.

When we arrived in the Hotel I was certain that I would find an antiquated building with small rooms and a snobby staff. However the staff was excellent and friendly, the room was beautiful and the restaurant was delicious. Exceeded all of my expectations

Nice, big ,updated room. Great location and friendly, accommodating staff.
Lobby was under renovation, but it did not affect my stay at all. I was on 15th floor so there was no noise, but possible the lower floor rooms could hear construction during the day.

Gorgeous, big, updated room! I took pictures to get ideas for my own home. Very clean and quiet. Terrific location. There is a resturaunt in lobby that other hotels in area recommend, but I did not actually eat at. Staff was very accommodating. They let us stow our luggage before and after check in/ check out. Hopefully, this hotel will still be affordable after renovation because I would definitely stay here again. 34th Street subway right around corner, Penn Station 2 blocks away and Macy's 34th Street very close. ...read more
