Room was comfortable and not cramped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right off the interstate and very convenient to get into New Haven.
A train runs along the back of the property. It is infrequent and did not sem to run at night, but it was loud enough to startle me. There is only one small elevator and there is a long walk to get to it from most entrances and rooms.
Generally a good experience.

The room is small. The hallway is smelling.
The hotel looks small from the outside. The room is small for a 3 star.

A very clean hotel both inside and out. Appears to have been recently refurbished. Staff very pleasant. They look like they really enjoy their jobs and understand customer service.

This hotel is clean enough to stay in for a couple of nights. I wouldn't stay there for more. I've stayed at a hotel in a neighboring town with a lesser star-rating and had a better experience. The hotel is ok. I'm just glad it wasn't dirty. And the remodeling that it's going through is a little annoying; however, necessary b/c it needs to be updated. No matte where you stay just bring your Lysol if you can. ...

The hotel is at the right location for me, provides complimentary shuttle bus service as far as New Haven airport and train station, very helpful staff, rooms even better than at some Hilton hotels, HD 52-inch screen TV with a cable network, restaurant/
I liked everything
Nothing can beat the service at this hotel.

We were not given any hand towels or wash cloths on arrivial. Toilet stopped working the first morning, when we were getting ready to go out.
