Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Orangeburg
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 19, 2013

The room was attractive and clean. The breakfast was good and used glassware and china rather than paper and plastic.

We go to this area a few times a year and usually stay in a hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect for what we were doing... We usually stay at the Sheraton in Mahwah, but honestly, I think we have switched places! You can't even compare the staff. The Holiday Inn had the most friendly, helpful people at the front desk. The room was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, quiet night for great sleeping and common areas we also very clean. The room had a small refrigerator (not that we needed it, but note to self for future) as well. There is a diner only a ways down the road for meals if you need. We didn't visit the lounge so I can't say anything about that portion. And we stayed in winter so we couldn't use the pool. Gessh, if they put in an indoor pool I think it would be heaven! ...

Be prepared to listen to the trains pass by all night. The beds are not full queens. Not sure what size you would call them but definitely NOT full queens.
